Ford Woody Canvas Giclée Art Print

This fine quality art print has an image area of 16x20 inches and is available in two formats. The print can be purchased already mounted on a 16x20 inch piece of high-quality foamcore board. The foamcore is a full 3/16 inch thick and provides a very sturdy backing so that your print is ready to slip into the frame of your choice. For those who prefer we will also ship the print rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube. When shipped in a tube the print comes with over an inch of white canvas surrounding the print on all four sides, thus offering complete flexibility for you to stretch or mount your print for display as you choose.

Our canvas prints are professionally reproduced using state of the art giclée (zhee CLAY) printing technology. Our Giclée art is printed using pigmented inks on glossy 14-ounce poly/cotton base canvas that promises a print life span of 80-100+ years with no noticeable fade (under proper storage/display conditions). The finished canvas is then coated with a UV-protective, non-yellowing top-coat (varnish) for additional surface and color protection. One of a kind:

Years ago we briefly offered our Limited Edition canvas giclée prints mounted in a custom Hawaiian Beach Mat Frame. The frames were handmade by a skilled craftsman right here on Maui. Although very popular we reluctantly had to discontinue the Beach Mat Frame because of continuing problems with maintaining an adequate supply.

During a recent housecleaning we discovered a Beach Mat Frame containing a Woody Waiting Limited Edition print. It had been stuck away years ago and simply forgotten about. Our Woody Waiting Limited Edition prints are sold out (we do not plan to print any more), however we have decided to offer this recently discovered print for sale. It is the last remaining Woody Waiting canvas giclée print we have. The framed canvas print pictured here will be sold for $345 plus $30 shipping within the U.S.

About the print:

The print itself is a Limited Edition canvas giclée exactly as described in the top section of this page. The print is in perfect condition and is stretched and permanently mounted in the Beach Mat Frame.

About the Beach Mat Frame:

The frame was handmade here on Maui and uses real Hawaiian beach mat as an interior lining. The exterior dimensions of the frame are just a fraction under 22 x 26 inches. The width of the beach mat lining is 2 1/2 inches. The depth of the frame (extends out from the wall) is 1 1/2 inches. The outer black portion of the frame is wood painted black with an "imperfect rustic" appearance that matches perfectly the Woody and the beach mat lining. Together the frame and print make for a uniquely cohesive presentation. This hand crafted frame is very sturdy and weighs about 5 1/2 pounds.
