is used to ship all orders. Shipping is integrated with the U.S. Postal Service
online computer data base so that we are able to provide you
with a tracking number that allows you to confirm delivery
status online.
Matted Laser Print:
Shipping is $5.00 regardless
of size (standard size or Large Edition) or the number of
matted prints you order. The $5.00 per order shipping charge
assumes all prints are sent via USPS Priority Mail to the
same address.
Discount / Multiple Prints: Shipping is
$5.00 regardless
of size (standard size or Large Edition) or the number of
matted prints you order. The $5.00 per order shipping charge
assumes all prints are sent via USPS Priority Mail to the
same address.
Koa / Bamboo Framed Print: Shipping is $15.00
regardless of frame style or frame size.
Postage for multiple framed prints depends on frame size and
the number of framed prints you order. Please email us
for an exact postage quote.
Insurance: For reasons we do not understand, Ebay
no longer provides a mechanism that allows buyers to
purchase shipping insurance on their purchase. We
would like to offer this option but Ebay does not
permit us to do so.

Art prints have an unconditional thirty-day money back
guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your
print when
you receive it, please
email us to arrange for its return. Postage costs
for the original shipment and postage costs to return
the print are the customer's responsibility, however you
will receive a full refund of the actual purchase price of
the
print itself.

We email
an acknowledgement of your order within 24 hours after a Buy It Now purchase.
Positive Feedback is posted at this time. We then email
a second time when the print has actually been mailed and
provide the USPS Delivery Tracking number.
